Fully connected AMRs transform isolated manufacturing cells into fully automated, integrated production lines enabling you to produce higher quality products at reduced costs. AMRs can automatically bring carts of goods to your work cells and between your work cells automatically through pull-based integration with manufacturing systems. Your workers do not have to leave their stations and you don’t need to change your facility. AMRs can also be tasked from network-connected buttons, handheld scanners, sensors, and mobile devices and a robot will bring a cart or flow rack of materials directly to the work cell from raw materials storage or move subassemblies between work cells. If there is an empty cart, the robot can also return that to the restocking stations for future replenishment requests.

Automated material handling has never been so simple. Just use any web-enabled device to request a pick-up and select a drop-off location. The nearest CartConnect robot will then automatically move to the pick-up area, dock with the loaded FetchCart, and transport it to the selected drop-off area. Upon arrival, CartConnect automatically detaches from the FetchCart and is ready for the next task.
